The clients
UAE family offices, quasi-government entities, large corporates, and regional organisations navigating procurement transformation, social impact strategy, AI adoption, or complex supplier management. Increasingly, organisations operating under Dubai Social Agenda 33, Emiratisation, or ICV frameworks where procurement is expected to do significantly more than procure.
These are clients who understand what procurement is capable of at its best. The engagements require leadership, influence, and experience. That is why they matter.
Some clients want embedded expertise for a defined programme. Others want senior capability on tap — the flexibility to draw on depth and experience without carrying it permanently on headcount. That is exactly what this network is built to provide.
This is not a network for category managers. There are many capable people who do that work well. It is not what Narmis One does, and it is not what clients engage us for.
Self-assessment
The following is not a job description. It is a self-assessment. The right person reads this and finds it straightforward.

You have operated at Director level or above in procurement, commercial, or strategy — inside government, a large corporate, or a credible consultancy. You know what a serious programme looks like from the inside, including the politics and the parts that never appear in the report.

Whether that is public sector commercial frameworks, ICV and UAE market access, AI-enabled procurement, social value strategy, category leadership at scale, or supplier management at programme level — there is something you know in a way most generalists do not.

You can work directly with senior stakeholders. Not just present to them. Challenge them where needed, absorb ambiguity without showing it, and remain credible when the situation is unclear.

You are based in the UAE, or have delivered serious assignments in the region. Context matters here. Walking in without it costs time neither side has.

You are comfortable operating without a process handed to you or a management layer between you and the client. You bring the structure. Your current role or agreements allow for project-based work alongside existing commitments.

You connect procurement directly to business strategy and hold that conversation at the top of the house. Tactical execution alone is not the profile this network is built around.
